A wedding ceremony in the restored historic Temple will be a memorable event for all. The Temple, built in 1889, was San Diego's first synagogue and is now used for non-denominational services as well. Lovingly restored, with a charming bride's room, it is available for $400 for one three-hour period (9 a.m.-noon, 1 p.m.-4 p.m. or 5 p.m.-8 p.m.). and will hold 150 guests.
The Lawn may be used for wedding ceremonies and receptions and will accommodate 200 people. For $200, you have the lawn for one three-hour period (9 a.m.-noon, 1 p.m.-4 p.m. or 5 p.m.-8 p.m.). Surrounded by the restored Victorian homes, it is a unique and beautiful setting. There is a $50 caterer's fee for receptions.
For a small group of under 15 people, reservations may be made for half-hour ceremonies. No chairs or decorating is permitted here. The couple must provide their own minister. The cost is $75.
