County parks offer you many choices for making your life more active, healthy and fun. Obviously you can go to any of our camping, picnic, or local parks and experience on your own the wonders of the county's natural and recreational resources. Remember, though, that many of these parks offer organized events and programs to enhance your experiences in the parks. See the link below to the County Parks and Recreation Activity and Program Guide.
You can also find an entirely different set of options in our community centers. These centers are the hubs of community life in Fallbrook, Spring Valley, and Lakeside. They offer a wide variety of recreational and social events and programs for preschoolers to seniors.
