Otay Valley Regional Park Trails Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
The County of San Diego will host the ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony of Stage I of the Otay Valley Regional Park Trails Project which offers more than 3 miles of new trails and 2 staging areas within the Otay Valley Regional Park.
