Among the festivities seen here in the rental facilities are quinceañeras, weddings, dances, and anniversary parties. The smaller rooms are ideal for social and club meetings.
Ketell Hall is a large open room with a cathedral ceiling and is surfaced with a vinyl tile floor that is great for dancing. A southeast facing patio with a view toward the mountains is available with the rental at no extra charge. The room accommodates 250 people banquet style. Rental includes tables and chairs.
The Olsen Room has a maximum capacity of 78 and is ideal for business meetings and small parties. The West Patio is included in the price.
The Senior Lounge holds 32 people and also includes the West Patio in the cost.
The West Patio is also available for rent by itself; it accommodates 160 people for small parties or business meetings.
Goodland Acres, at 8848 Troy Street, is great for business meetings, children’s parties, and bridal and baby showers. It has a maximum capacity of 40 people.
