The Strategic Plan for Parks and Recreation outlines our priorities for accomplishing our mission over a five-year period and is closely aligned with the County's Strategic Initiative and Required Disciplines as described in the County of San Diego Strategic Plan. The Department of Parks and Recreation plan lays out how we meet today's challenges, and anticipates what opportunities and risks are on the horizon.
