This preserve boasts 397 acres of chaparral and woodlands ideal for hikers. Trails are well marked as part of the future projected Trans-County Trail system which will ultimately go all the way from the Torrey Pines State Reserve to the Anza-Borrego Desert. The preserve features acres of woods, hills, multi-use trails, and views.
An overnight camp site is available to youth groups only. The site includes a covered pavilion tent camp sites, beautiful views, and an optional cabin that is available for an additional charge. For additional information call the park office at (858) 565-3600.
Dogs on leash and horses are welcome.
