PDS Discretionary Permits and Application Forms
Permit Types provides a Fee Summary Sheet with information regarding fees and links to forms required for that specific permit.
Zoning Forms and Info Handouts provides links to all zoning forms and info handouts that are to be used when submitting various applications for discretionary permits to the Planning & Development Services. These forms are updated periodically and the latest revision is available via this web site. The revision date can be found next to the form number on each form.
Most of the forms listed are Adobe Acrobat PDF documents and require the Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing. The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat.
The Current Fee Ordinance and Schedule may also assist you in determining the costs associated with your permit.
