You need to obtain an appointment to meet with a Code Enforcement Officer. They are field staff and spend most of their day in the field investigating and responding to resident complaints. However, you don’t need an appointment to simply file a request for investigation; you may call or stop by one of the offices or Code Enforcement Storefronts during public office hours or you may file your request by clicking Code Enforcement Request for Investigation.

Code Enforcement Issue Resolution Meetings
These meetings provide property owners an opportunity to have certain issues related to their enforcement cases, which are not satisfactorily resolved with Code Enforcement staff, to be quickly considered by senior County management. This meeting is not a formal appeal hearing for an Administrative Citation, Civil Penalties, Notice of Violation or a Public Nuisances Abatement. If you wish to schedule a CEIR meeting, please complete the Code Enforcement Issue Resolution (CEIR) Meeting Request Form and follow the instructions written on the form.
