Biological Mitigation Ordinance

The Biological Mitigation Ordinance is the implementing ordinance for the Multiple Species Conservation Program County Subarea Plan.  Compliance with this ordinance allows the County to issue Incidental Take Permits for projects that impact sensitive habitats. The following PDF files contain the most recent version of the ordinance for the County Subarea Plan.

While the "San Diego County Sensitive Plant List" and the "MSCP Plan - Volumes I and II Revisions, 12/96" are not part of the ordinance for the County Subarea Plan, they are referenced in several areas of the plan.  Links to these documents are provided, below..
