Biological Mitigation Ordinance

The Biological Mitigation Ordinance is the implementing ordinance for the Multiple Species Conservation Program County Subarea Plan.  Compliance with this ordinance allows the County to issue Incidental Take Permits for projects that impact sensitive habitats.
