Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) grantees are required to submit quarterly performance reports (QPR) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).   In order to keep citizens informed with up-to-date progress reports on the use of NSP funds, each grantee is also required by HUD to post the QPR in a prominent place on their official website.

Each QPR includes information about the uses of funds, including, but not limited to, the project name, activity, location, national objective, funds budgeted and expended, the funding source and total amount of any non-NSP funds, numbers of properties and housing units, beginning and ending dates of activities, and numbers of low- and moderate-income persons or households benefiting.
