Development of the San Diego Regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice was a joint effort of San Diego County jurisdictions that receive entitlement grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Fair Housing Resource Board administered preparation of the report that includes community demographics for all of San Diego County, analysis of impediments to fair housing choice, and strategies for removal of identified impediments.
