Funds
The County of San Diego, Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) provides funds for projects that further the development of affordable housing for low and very low-income households. Such projects include the acquisition, rehabilitation, new construction of housing with loans under the Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships program (HOME), County of San Diego Redevelopment Agency, and Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund (LMIHF). Due to limited funding our Housing NOFA's are currently closed.
