DAVIS-BACON Prevailing Wage Requirements

Welcome to HCD’s on-line training for Prevailing Wages (Davis-Bacon) requirements. Our goal is to provide you with an overview which will help you better understand and comply with Davis-Bacon labor standards. There are three PowerPoint presentations in this module. The first module offers a brief introduction to the Davis-Bacon materials. The second module provides a description of who is covered, wage decisions, certified payrolls, on-site requirements, employee interviews, and reporting Davis-Bacon. The third module reviews a contractor’s eligibility, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Section 3 requirements, Minority Women’s Business Enterprises, and links to additional resources.
