BIDDER REGISTRATION

The San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector requires that anyone wishing to participate as a bidder at a scheduled tax sale be registered to bid. Registration requirements vary from sale to sale and are announced approximately six to eight weeks prior to a scheduled sale.

If you wish to be notified of upcoming sale events and registration deadlines, please do the following:

STEP 1: Click on the green "Sign up for e-Notifications" button on the right of this screen.

STEP 2: Enter your email address. Any e-Notification events selected on the next page will be sent to the email address that is entered on this page.

STEP 3: Click to select the type of property tax events that you wish to receive an e-Notification for. By selecting "Public Auction Tax Sale Events" you will receive notification of upcoming tax sale events and registration deadlines.
